This will look lovely on my workspace. |
I'm thinking about taking a class on sewing machine repair so that this will never happen to me again. It may also be a way for me to fix other machines and get some income going that way, too.
Last night, my husband and I went to see They Might Be Giants. I loved it. I have loved that band since I was about 10 years old. Very cool experience. We got right up to the front of the stage and I sang right along with the Johns. So awesome.
It's a cold, rainy day. We hardly ever get these in the desert. I think we will make some rainbow sprinkle cookies and spend the day in our pajamas. I just need to make a quick trip to Wal-Mart to pay for my sewing machine. YIPPEEE!
Once I figure out how to make these gluten free, we are having them. |
Make something - if you can.

Green, I am so with you on taking a class in fixing machines. I bought my machine just a year ago last December. I sewed a ton and was told to take it in for first service at around 1,000000 stitches. I did and ....didn't get it back for over 3 weeks. Nothing wrong with it just service. Lucky I had a bit of a back injury and couldn't sew much but seriously that is just wrong. I have way more stitches on it since then and am afraid to take it in. I clean it religiously and hope I can just keep using it till I see a break in my sewing. Really, what is a girl to do without her sewing machine?
ReplyDeleteHope you love your new one and you get it soon. :)
